Social Marketing Concept for Weight Loss Service

Revolution Physical Therapy Weight Loss offers a medically modeled approach to weight loss, incorporating fitness, nutrition, and motivational psychology.

When Revolution first opened for business, the company needed to drive awareness in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, where its first clinic was located.

I presented this social marketing concept – an app that enables people to team up and do “online interventions” on severely overweight friends.

The client was intrigued with the campaign’s viral potential, but also concerned the campaign was too provocative.

Ultimately, Revolution asked me to develop a series of small-space billboards, which I did.

I include this “online intervention” concept in my portfolio because it demonstrates my ability to conceptualize non-traditional campaigns that enable brands to earn media and social relevance.
